The Viladecans model uses, in a versatile way, the width of the structural module to break the volume into two boxes. This design allows the generation of two outdoor spaces closely linked to the inside. The design has been made in response to bioclimatic criteria for a Mediterranean climate: thick rammed earth walls and small windows to north, and large windows and opened to south. In summer the design uses sun protection, thermal inertia of the walls, and ventilation to cool the dwelling, however in winter it uses heat gains from windows and also the inertia of the walls to keep indoor warm.

The Eretore Dining Hall has been built with the Casa S_Low system. It is a multipurpose space: dining-kitchen, ibrary, meeting room, for Eretore school nd for the community of Arkaria. The Eretore school for the Masai ommunity of Arkaria in Monduli, district f Arusha, is the school of reference in matters of gender equality and education in  Monduli managed by Eretore association and Maria Carpio-Perez foundation NGO’s. The building has been constructed with the participation of the Maasai community, with local materials and local companies. The materials and design accommodate to climate, resources and Masai culture of the region. The building offers a rational response to the affordable housing needs of the community and to the climate challenges of the site.
